Last year’s Manifesto was a terrific showcase of local talent and this weekend’s festivities promise to be even better. It kicks off tonight with Shad at the Mod Club, and Dope-A-Lot will most likely have coverage of the main event, this Sunday at Nathan Phillips Square.
